Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Dog walking, in-home pet sitting, feeding, playtime, litter box/cage cleaning, and administering basic medications (if pre-approved). Services are provided as scheduled and agreed upon by both parties.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations, no-shows or same-day cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled services will be charged in full.

3. Client Responsibilities

Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Client must disclose any history of aggressive behavior or medical issues. Keys, access codes, or any necessary information must be provided in advance.

4. Pet Safety and Behavior

Pets must wear a secure collar with identification tags. Aggressive or unmanageable animals may result in service refusal or immediate termination of the visit, unless there is an agreement in place with the owner i.e. muzzle. If a pet becomes ill or injured, we will seek veterinary care and contact the owner as soon as possible.

5. Liability

While all reasonable care will be taken, the service provider is not liable for injury, escape, or death of the pet due to circumstances beyond control. The client is responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet to people, property, or other animals.

6. Weather Conditions

In extreme weather (e.g., thunderstorms, snow, high heat), dog walking may be shortened or replaced with indoor play for the pet’s safety. Likewise, in temperatures over 24degrees, walks will be replaced with drop in visits.

7. Payments & Billing

Services are billed monthly in advance, with invoices issued on the 1st of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date to secure services for the upcoming month. Services will not be provided if payment has not been received by the due date unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card. Late payments may incur a £10 fee or 5% of the total invoice amount and could result in suspension of services.

8. Photos and Updates

Photos or updates may be sent via text or email unless the client opts out. Photos may be used for marketing purposes with client consent.

9. Privacy

All client information, keys, and alarm codes are kept confidential and secure. Please refer to our seperate privacy policy below.

10. Emergencies

In the event of an emergency affecting the pet or home, every reasonable effort will be made to contact the client or their emergency contact.
